Thank you for your interest in the Harvest Scholarship Award.

Application Eligibility:.
US or Canadian Citizen
Under 20 years of age on February 1st
Been accepted to one of the UPCI youth mission programs.
Member in good standing at Calvary Tabernacle Church of Griffith, Indiana.

The 2024 Harvest Scholarship deadline is February 1, 2024.

It is your responsibility to ensure that reference forms are submitted by February 1, 2024. (Reference form links will be provided upon submitting this application and will be available on the Harvest Scholarship website.)

Your application will not be complete until the following items have been submitted:
1. A current photo of yourself
2. Pastoral reference form Download
3. Current transcripts (If you are currently attending college, send your most recent college transcripts. If you are attending high school, provide your most recent grades/progress reports.)
4. 1000 Word Essay on Missions, why it is important and why you want to be apart of it.
